starting a new blog about fitness.
Hello peeps,
I’ve been running and going to the gym since last year after Malaysia first MCO (mandatory control order - sort like total lockdown due to COVID-19). Honestly, lockdown affects my mental health and also my physical health.
I feel the need to start this blog under SehatDiri categories to document the journey to fit. I discovered that I loved sharing my fitness story and helping people start their journey to a healthier, more active life.
My goal is to champion the journey to a healthy, more active life where honest fitness makes wellbeing more accessible to all – without losing sight of the real lives we lead.
I’m trying to make fitness simple, approachable, realistic and without missing out on any of the good things in life.
