Good Morning! So I woke up early in the wee morning to go for my morning run at Bukit Kiara. Saturday morning always my time to go up for a quick 9-10km run. I obviously feel energetic after the session. It is important for us to build our health starting from now. Regardless you’re in 20’s, 30’s or even 50’s, it is not too late to start exercising for the sake of your health.

Me personally believe that health is very important. As God blessed us all with this beautiful body, it is our responsibility to take a good care of it. Starts slowly and yet consistently. Over the time, you will get used to it and feel great when you’re able to acheive certain milestone in your fitness level.
