habits of life.
I decided that this year, I nak start slowly on changing my habits. Starts off with my sugar intake this month and following months ahead with different challenges and experiments. I want to see whether I can achieve my small goals in order to change my habits for good. These habits are important to ensure that I ada improvement on my behaviour secara tak langsung.
So to kick off this challenges, I start off this month with cutting the sugar. As most of you know me, I am a big fan of chocolates. I’m defo need to cut it. Goodbye chocolates!!!
