Hello peeps.

At the time I’m writing this post. Negara kita sudah memasuki hari kedua lockdown. I am so sure that many of us upset with this situation. Not only it affects our economy. But also our mental health.

During the first lockdown back in March 2020. I’ve experienced stress due to work and also locking up in the house. Try to walk around house area. But it does not help much. After lockdown being lifted, I immediately sign up for gym and go for a morning run. I can feel that my emotional, my mental health back to normal and feeling happy and healthy as well.

Masa first time I go for a run, I still remember that I cannot run more than 1km. Baru 500m, I dah pancit. So I know that I cannot let this happen. I know for a fact that in long term, it will affect my health. So I decided to be consistently go for a run. Mula-mula 500m, the next two week 1km and it goes on and on up until today, I managed to run more than 10km. Thanks to my supporters which my best buddies on pushing me further and further everyday.

The moral of the story is, keep being consistent in whatever you do. Start slowly, lama-lama pasti akan menjadi. Similar to concept of savings. Many of my prospects express their concern value of the money they saved very little every month. So I advise them; we need to be realistic. Tidak apa sikit. Yang pasti consistent. Ada pepatah melayu berkata; sikit-sikit lama-lama jadi bukit. As you grow older, obviously your income will increase. And your savings allocation will increase as well. So not to worry. Starts now yer.

Remember, consistent is the key to success.

Talk to you soon peeps! Stay safe! Emir xx
